Inconsistency strikes again. A run of 3 winless games finally ends for Arsenal as they end their misery at Emirates stadium. Arsenal edge passed Sunderland easily by 3-1.
Joel Campbell opening the scoring in 33rd minute with the assist by who? You guessed it right Mesut Ozil. Giroud put a lot of hard work into the game. So much that he forgot which side to score the goal for. Right at the stroke of halftime Giroud’s own goal tied the game.
But Arsenal picked themselves up in the second half. Ramsey finally guiding Giroud in the 63rd minute to identify the real side against whom he had to score. Ramsey then deservingly got his goal in the 90th minute which was icing on the cake for Arsenal as they finally won a game and that too in the most Arsenal fashion they could.
Arsenal are now second on the table and proving that they are a force to reckon with this season.
